This pilot page sets the plan context. After signup, Billing shows payment status and production controls unlock only when an operator verifies payment.

Payment status decides which production controls unlock.

Pending or past-due workspaces can review setup and billing, but live Gmail sync, AI enrichment, quote approval, and sending remain disabled until billing is active.
